What is the difference…

I was listening to the news this morning while on my route, and they were talking about how Ohio is haveing to speed up it executions because one of the drugs they use in lethal injections is about to expire, and they can’t get more. Then they mentioned that the drug company that supplied one of the drugs is suing them, as they didn’t’ want the drug used for an execution, and if they had known wouldn’t have provided the drug. So my question is, why does the drug company who has a moral objection to legal capital punishment allowed not to sell to the state, but a bakery owner who has a moral objection to legal same-sex marriage faces fines and more if they don’t’ sell to the client.
